Step 03

As pricing proposals are received, Strategic PEO Partners filters through all options and conducts a full side-by-side pricing analysis.

This is where complexity meets simplicity — bringing clarity to both pricing and structure. Strategic PEO Partners negotiates directly with the PEOs to ensure the business receives the best possible solution.

Transparency

All PEO pricing starts with the core components: workers' compensation, administrative fees, taxes (FICA), FUTA, and SUTA. A clear side-by-side analysis is provided so there is full transparency into the pricing structure — whether the PEO is bundling these costs into a percentage of payroll or unbundling them into a per-check fee structure.

Flexibility

Picking the Perfect PEO for Your Business

Step 05

Once the right PEO is identified, the final selection is made based on alignment with the business's goals, structure, and long-term strategy.

PEO contracts are executed between the PEO and the client.
